The venue was beautiful, old, and quaint. I appreciated the stay and the location was marvelous, close enough to all the restaurants and the Old Town.- My guest room was well-appointed with a terrace.- Terrific service.- The food was outstanding.- The bar was nice.

This place was mind-blowing! It's like they read my mind and provided everything I could ever want. The rooms were super quiet and the beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby. The bathrooms were jaw-dropping with a fantastic array of toiletries. And talk about convenience! The hotel was not far from the bus station and all the main attractions, although it was a bit challenging to find. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a great selection. this place was a hidden gem and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.

Great staff. What any traveller expects, even more so if it is Andalusia. There is a lack of tourist information, no brochures or books to buy. maps of Baeza, in the same hotel and without the need to go to the tourist office, should also include hiking routes to enjoy the landscapes. It was very early in the morning, I couldn't wait for the tourist office to open and I went out to see the sunrise in the Sierra de Cazorla following the path of Las Montalvas, was kindly indicated to me at reception, without maps of the paths.

I'm sorry they don't allow dogs, even yorkies that are small and manageable. Walking with dogs in a quiet town like Baeza is great, because it gives you time to slowly admire the monuments and dogs create a multitude of occasions to deal with the inhabitants. best time to travel is with them.

THE BATHROOM DIDN'T SMELL VERY GOOD, BECAUSE OF THE PLUMBING. THEY COULD NOT MANAGE FROM THE RECEPTION TO SEND A TAXI TO THE LINARES-BAEZA STATION WHERE I ARRIVED WITH THE TRAIN SO THAT I COULD GET TO THE HOTEL AT A REASONABLE TIME. IF THEY ENCOURAGE TO TAKE CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT, AS A SIGN IN THE WASHROOM SAYS, ENCOURAGING TO USE THE TOWELS REASONABLY, WHICH I THINK IS VERY GOOD, THEY SHOULD ALSO TAKE CARE OF THE ENVIRONMENT NOT PACKING ALL THE SOAPS, COMBS, TOOTHBRUSHES THEY OFFER IN THE BATHROOM IN PLASTIC BAGS FOR EACH OBJECT ADDING UP TO MORE THAN 10 DIFFERENT BAGS, . AT CERTAIN TIMES THERE WAS A GREAT NOISE LEVEL IN THE CENTRAL PATH BECAUSE OF THE GREAT NUMBER OF CHILDREN RUNNING AND PLAYING FREELY DISTURBING THE PEACE OF MIND.

It's super central, so we could easily explore the town and hit up all the cool bars and hangout spots. The rooms were clean and comfy, perfect for crashing after our adventures. We loved the continental breakfast, it fueled us up for the day. Plus, the free wifi was a lifesaver for staying connected with our friends back home. Highly recommend for a fun-filled trip with friends!

That there wasn't a nightclub or party zone in the hotel itself. It would have been amazing if they had a DJ or a dance floor for us young party animals to let loose and have a blast.

What I liked most was the bed, not comfortable, very comfortable, in fact it is the most important thing in a hotel, the very good buffet breakfast, the unbeatable location and its greatest virtue, its operators.

What I liked the least was that on Friday and Saturday nights there is a pub next door and they are there until all hours of the morning with the music and shouting of their clients that can be heard from the hotel, even though the windows are isolated, I don't understand how the neighbours allow that, a hotel of this size doesn't have the strength to do anything, I have been these two nights without being able to sleep in conditions, on the other hand, I expected a little more than a 4* since by the decoration it seems to come to less, I have been in hotels with less stars that have surpassed this one by far, as I have said the good thing, important thing is the comfort for the sleep and service of the hotel.
